Joints Purification

This purification procedure allows you to clean the joints, get rid of the weather pains, joint fatigue, etc.

5 g of dry bay leafs boil in 300 ml of water for 5 minutes. Place the mixture in a thermos and decoct for 3-4 hours. Drain and drink the solution in small sips for 12 hours.

Do not drink all at once or in large sips, this can cause bleeding. Repeat the procedure for 3 days. After a week, the procedure can be repeated.

Joints should be cleaned in the first year once a quarter, then once a year.
