Vajrasana

«Make the thighs tight like adamant and place the legs by the two sides of the anus. This is called the Vajrasana. It give psychic powers to the Yogi.»

Technique:
The vajrasana is a seated posture. Begin by sitting back on your heels and placing your knees, legs and feet together.
Keeping the back straight place the palms of your hands down on top of your thighs.
Hold steady your attention on Anahata (heart) and Ajna (middle of your head) chakras.

The vajrasana is a versatile posture well suited for meditation, rest in between other seated postures.

It improves digestion and can be practiced after eating.

Attention focused: split your attention between Anahata (heart) chakra and Ajna (middle of your forehead) chakras

Feel: feel Heart in your mind and Mind in your heart
